Chocolate is still one of my weaknesses. Cacao is actually not bad for you. It’s a pre-biotic. Your good gut bacteria feed on it. The large amount of refined sugar in regular chocolate disturbs the balance in your gut. So make that switch get the good and scrumptious without the bad. Get baking!

Preparation:
I like things easy and quick. If you have a powerful food processor with a big strong knife. Then bij all means add all ingredients in one go and mix until smooth. If not mash the beans and banana. Cut the dates really smal. Add them together with the cacao, fibers and apple vinegar, stir until smooth. Add a baking paper to a baking tin or small oven dish. Add the dough and bake for 50-60 minutes on 180 degrees. Let the cake cool down, cut it in half with a big sharp knife and spread the apricot jam on one side. Put the sides onto of each other again. Melt the chocolate au bain marie and poor over the cake. Let the chocolate set. Slice and enjoy!
